The problem here is that you had an error way back in Novemeber, but continued installing updates and then applied Vista SP1 and no longer have the ability to late to uninstall SP1 and go back to a restore point prior to this issue occurring. if it were me, I'd uninstall Hellgate and see if the error cleared.
